Kids! Children and Nutrition have always been a key point of focus at BodyVision SL. Where I work: Come to OndaVital (active!) Wellness for Guided Meditation with Judy Fraser on Wednesday and Sundays at 11:00am. Great for first time participants as well as those with much practice. Meet a great group of professionals of all types and ages. Informal coffee and chat afterwards, payment is based on a donation basis. See you there!
